This guarantee of check(s) is for the purpose of our customer’s purchase of personal property at the Auction of Taylor Mfg. Co. held on Feb 10, 2007 in Greene, NY, conducted by Charlie Manasse, Auctioneer.

  All property sells “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”. This is a liquidation of Taylor Mfg. Co., a manufacturer of seal-cote machines and asphalt related equipment.
